Arrival Instructions
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled sailing time.
- No reservation required—just bring your Groupon through the Groupon app.
- We'll check you in directly using the Groupon app on your phone.
- No printed vouchers or screenshots will be accepted.
- Ensure you download the app before arrival so we can easily redeem your voucher upon boarding.
Accessibility Information
Guests using standard manual wheelchairs are welcome and will have access to the vessel’s main boarding level. However, electric wheelchairs or mobility scooters cannot be accommodated due to gangway width and weight limitations. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Directions to Pier 36
By Subway:
- Take the F Train to East Broadway station.
- Exit at Rutgers St./Madison St. and walk east on Rutgers Street toward the water.
- Turn left onto South Street and head north.
- Pier 36 will be on the north side of the Department of Sanitation (on your right).
By Car:
- From FDR Drive Southbound:
Take Exit 3 toward South Street/Manhattan Bridge. Stay straight as FDR Drive becomes South Street. Continue north to the intersection of South Street and Montgomery Street. Pier 36 is located at this intersection.
- From FDR Drive Northbound:
Head north on South Street (under the FDR). Pass South Street Seaport and continue under the Manhattan Bridge (with Pathmark on your left). After passing the Department of Sanitation on your right, turn right at the light at South Street and Montgomery Street for Pier 36. The entrance for FDR north will be directly ahead at the light.
Upon Arrival at Pier 36
Walk around the building (as shown in the photo above) toward the water. You'll see a fence along the water’s edge. Continue walking to Gate #4, where we dock.
If you're driving, the area is a residential neighborhood, so you should be able to find free street parking nearby. I typically find parking close to the pier.
